As mobile interaction is now the key fan touchpoint for The Open, the website has been crafted to deliver a truly mobile first experience.

The site was designed to appear modern and fresh, while simultaneously staying true to the heritage of the brand.

A mobile user journey to purchase a ticket for The Open from arriving on the home page to confirmation.

UX Definition Process
Before visual design work is done, the user journey is fully mapped out, and various page layouts and functionality decisions are explored and tested so the most suitable can be implemented.
